To place an Order
By email: From the website www.kidsflysafe.com click on an orange Order CARES button (located on every page) or choose Order CARES from the menu to reach the “Order CARES” page, place your order, and proceed to Checkout.
By Phone: Call toll free 1-800-299-6249. Our phone lines are staffed 7 days a week between 9:00 am – 11:00 pm eastern time. If we are closed, leave a voice message and a customer representative will call you back later that day. (We are not taking orders by mail or fax at this time).
Checkout:
After placing your order click on the “Checkout” button and enter the billing address for the credit card you are using. Your phone number or email address is required but will be used only if we have a question about your order and to send you order and shipment confirmation. No confirmations are given other than email. From outside the U.S. please follow the instructions on the Check Out page or dial your international operator for dialing assistance.
Click on the “Proceed to Check Out” button to proceed to the next page that shows you the “Bill to” and “Ship to” addresses. If these are the same, click on “Return to Checkout”. If you intend the “Bill to” and “Ship to” addresses to be different, click on the “Click Here” button at the top of the page, then click on the “Edit this Address” button and make the appropriate changes to the address
Click on “ Return to Address Book” and save the changed address or addresses. Then click on “Return to Checkout”.

Shipping:
Select the shipping method you prefer. We offer:
- FedExSmartPost (7-10 days): $6.95 + $1.00 for each additional unit ordered
- FedEx 2-day : $17.95 + $2.00 for each additional unit ordered
- FedEx overnight delivery by 12 pm: $41.95 + $2.00 for each additional unit ordered
Confirm your shipping selection.
Payment:
Enter your credit card type, card number (no dashes please), expiration date, and the 3 or 4 digit security code on the back of the card. If you need help finding the security code, click on the “Click Here” button next to the Credit Card Security Code box.
Submit Your Order:
Click on the “Submit Your Order” button. You will receive an order confirmation via email within an hour of receipt of your order. We will also email a shipment confirmation to you once your order has shipped from our warehouse.

Can my order be shipped outside of North America?
Yes, CARES can be ordered from outside the U.S. and shipped internationally, but you must speak to a CARES telephone operator to place your order so shipping charges can accurately be determined. If you are in a country that cannot use our toll free number - 1-800-299-6248, email CARES@ordering.com or send a fax to 1-802-864-9846, including your name, phone number, and address, and a customer representative from our ordering staff will call you back at our expense to take your order.

What is your return Policy?
Returns within 30 days of delivery of your CARES are accepted for a full refund, excluding shipping. A description of the reason for the return is required. Please call Customer Service, 1-800-299-6249, for a return authorization.
